Job Description

  • Lead AI Engineering, ML Engineering and MLOps delivery.
  • Build and mentor high-performing AI/ML engineering teams.
  • Establish delivery frameworks, governance and engineering standards.
  • Drive GenAI initiatives through a forward-deployed engineering model.
  • Own AI platform reliability, SLAs, monitoring and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience delivering GenAI and ML solutions at scale.
  • Strong MLOps expertise including CI/CD, deployment and monitoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem and Python.
  • Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing vendors, consulting partners or distributed teams
