The position of Regional Manager - Rest of West in the fashion and apparel retail industry involves overseeing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring optimal team performance within the assigned region. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and a results-driven approach to achieve business objectives.
As a Regional Business Manager you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new strategic alliances and managing existing ones. The position will head the regional sales team to maximize revenue opportunities and optimize profits. The individual will increase the company's market share by building strategic relationships in a highly segmented marketplace comprised of distributors, channel partners, retailers, VETs, Breeders etc.
This role executes the South Asia distribution plan by maintaining the Regional Distribution Master Plan, identifying and acquiring new retail locations, and leading landlord negotiations. It manages the real estate network, supports lease finalization, and collaborates with the Retail Architecture team to ensure store design, layout, and costs align with business and operational goals.
Lead and manage the sales team to drive growth and achieve targets in poultry products, including feed, broilers, and eggs. Build strong customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and ensure timely sales reporting and product promotion to maximize profitability.
The Cluster Sales Manager - West Africa will be responsible for leading and managing the operations for all West African countries, drive growth and achieve the desired business targets.
