The Global BD Head will be responsible for driving growth by managing strategic customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships within the medical devices sector. The role requires expertise in account planning, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations, with a strong grasp of medical device industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE).

As the CEO, you will lead the company's strategic direction, growth, and operational efficiency, driving both top-line and bottom-line performance. You will be responsible for scaling the business, building high-performing teams, and implementing systems and processes to transform into a hyperscale organization. Working closely with the promoters, you will ensure long-term success by balancing innovation, financial performance, and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of industrial products, with a particular focus on engineering, manufacturing, lean principles, bias for action. The Plant Head will manage the P&L and must come with a sound understanding of financial principles driving a manufacturing plant.
The COO will oversee and manage all the plants, the contract manufacturers, the new projects and sourcing of other finished products, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
