Job Description

  • Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders and represent the company across key forums and engagements.
  • Monitor and analyze policy, regulatory, and political developments and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Support the execution of government affairs strategies and advocacy initiatives to enable medtech adoption.
  • Develop clear and compelling policy communications, including briefs, position papers, and leadership messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy priorities with business objectives.
  • Manage external partners and build strategic relationships across the healthcare and policy ecosystem.
  • Drive thought leadership and enhance leadership visibility through industry forums and stakeholder platforms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare/ medtech policy and government affairs with a deep understanding of India's healthcare ecosystem.
    • Has a proven ability to build credible, senior-level relationships with government stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies.
    • Demonstrates an execution-focused mindset while translating policy developments into clear strategic recommendations.
    • Communicates complex policy issues effectively through strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
    • Operates collaboratively across a global, matrixed organization and aligns diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
    • Exhibits high integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage high-stakes and high-pressure situations with professionalism.
