Seeking a driven Business Head to build, manage and grow the Travel vertical. The role involves a complete understanding of the Travel landscape. The role holder will be responsible for leading business development, client and travel product strategy, as well as, developing specific market plans that will create a robust pipeline for long-term growth for the Travel Insurance vertical.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the vertical from the ground up. The objective is to scale operations significant from the current book size.

This role involves independently implementing and managing complex digital marketing and media programs to promote the organization's products across digital channels, ensuring alignment with omnichannel strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining brand consistency. As a subject matter expert with 8-12 years of experience, the individual may also lead process improvements, influence cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with key stakeholders and external partners.
Building an annual plan, defining metrics and reporting, and driving sales and P&L on Blinkit, Instamart & Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart Minutes & other emerging online channels. ● Executing complete day to day business operations of digital channels (Marketplace & Quick Commerce) at each level: ○ On Platform Marketing ○ Inventory ○ Cataloging ○ Pricing ○ New Product Launches ○ Driving negotiations
The individual will oversee the channel across all insurance lines of business-Life, Health, and Motor-while leading a team of function heads, including those in product and data.
