• This role leads the enhancement and scaling of enterprise HR technology, focusing on HRIS optimization, analytics, and employee experience rather than new system implementation.

The role involves driving fundraising and capital‑raising efforts while supporting deal execution and maintaining strong investor relationships across targeted pools such as family offices and small to mid‑sized funds.
