The Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development is responsible for formulating and implementing a long-term strategy as well as creating tactical plans to achieve desired targets. The day-to-day requirements of the Manager role can be grouped into the broad categories of:- Case Execution- Client & Business Development- Managing ConsultantManagers lead multiple case teams, maintain deep, long-term relationships with multiple clients and develop expertise in diverse sectors.
- Administer the Bank's lending process, evaluating client's creditworthiness and approving/ rejecting loans requests- Create Credit scoring models, set loan terms and determine interest rates- Partner with credit systems to implement key credit policy criteria in relevant credit acceptance & evaluation systems.
