Job Description

  • Oversee after-sales services across the zone.
  • Work with service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure service centres meet performance standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets.
  • Develop strategies to enhance after-sales processes.
  • Train and guide service teams for better efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet business goals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in after-sales operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and improve processes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence with operational and budget management.
