About Our Client

The company operates in the healthcare industry in Bengaluru Urban.

Job Description

· Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications (Recruit, CRM, People, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, and more).

· Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflows and automations.

· Configure modules, approval workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.

· Drive data migration, system adoption, and user training.

· Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and eliminate manual work.

· Manage implementation timelines, risks, and project milestones.

· Ensure data integrity, governance, and continuous platform optimization.

The Successful Applicant

· 10 - 12 years of experience in Zoho implementation, business systems, or enterprise application management.

· Hands-on expertise with multiple Zoho products and workflow automation.

· Experience with Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations, and process design is a plus.

· Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
