Job Description

  • Own end-to-end transition execution across operations, digital engineering, AI, analytics, technology, vendor, and client workstreams.
  • Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting, risk management processes, and readiness milestones for large-scale programs.
  • Lead executive stakeholder engagement, client steering committees, transition kick-offs, and strategic reviews.
  • Develop and operationalize target operating models across people, process, technology, data, controls, and governance.
  • Partner with technology, analytics, legal, HR, commercial, and vendor teams to drive successful implementation outcomes.
  • Lead AI and analytics adoption initiatives, including change management, workforce enablement, governance, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive go-live readiness, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operational teams with complete documentation, controls, processes, and service readiness frameworks.
  • Manage client expectations, escalations, commercial commitments, and scope governance throughout the transition lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of experience in transitions, transformation, program management, consulting, IT services, or business process operations.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs involving operations, technology, AI, automation, analytics, and digital delivery.
  • Strong experience establishing offshore or global delivery centers and leading large-scale organizational transitions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI adoption, change management, workforce transformation, and operating model design.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and contractual commitments.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
