Our client is a boutique technology and strategy advisory firm that specializes in supporting private equity investors and their portfolio companies. The organization combines deep expertise in digital transformation, M&A advisory, and technology execution to help clients unlock value and accelerate growth

Job Description

  • Lead and support technology due diligence engagements with a value creation focus.
  • Advise on carve-outs, separations, TSA planning, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Drive transformation programs, governance models, and program recovery initiatives.
  • Identify IT cost optimization opportunities and support vendor negotiations.
  • Partner with finance, legal, operations, and investment teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and investors.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of consulting, advisory, or transformation experience.
  • Experience in technology-enabled M&A, digital transformation, or systems delivery.
  • Strong expertise in areas such as ERP, cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, or technology strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working with private equity clients or PE-backed businesses is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
