The client is one of the largest players in the telecom space and works in the core network solutions and also is expanding in the data centre, cloud and cyber-security solutions.

Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Own full P&L and drive revenue and profitability for the circle.
  • Lead growth across connectivity, cloud, data centers, security, and digital solutions.
  • Drive cloud adoption, pipeline creation, and annuity-based revenue streams.
  • Lead, coach, and build high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Manage strategic enterprise relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and renewals.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional execution and adherence to service and delivery standards
  • Track market trends and drive competitive go-to-market strategies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have -

  • 20+ years of experience in Enterprise/B2B, Telecom, IT, or Cloud services.
  • Proven track record of leading large sales teams with full P&L ownership.
  • Strong expertise in solution-led selling to enterprise customers.
  • Deep understanding of cloud, digital, and connectivity solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and large accounts.
  • MBA or Post-Graduate qualification preferred with strong business acumen
