  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business banking clients.
  • Identify and provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking accounts.
  • Understanding of financial statements & basic understanding of credit assessment.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational policies.
  • Collaboration with both internal & external stakeholder.
  • Location: Bangalore

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing relationship of Business Banking/ MSME clients in Bangalore market
  • Skill to acquire new clients in SME or MSME space for the bank
  • Ability to analyse financial data and assess risks.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Confidence using banking tools and technology.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
