Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Ownership & Growth

* Own category P&L and drive overall growth strategy

* Define category vision, roadmap, and expansion plans

* Identify white spaces, portfolio gaps, and innovation opportunities2. New Product Development (NPD)

* Lead end-to-end NPD from insight → concept → launch

* Translate consumer needs into product innovation

* Work closely with R&D, sourcing, packaging, and operations

* Ensure timely, high-impact product launches

* Drive differentiation via formulation, packaging, and positioning3. Brand & Product Communications

* Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication architecture

* Build compelling storytelling rooted in consumer insights

* Develop product value propositions and USPs

* Lead go-to-market strategies and launch communication plans

* Ensure consistency across ATL, BTL, digital, marketplace, and packaging4. Media Strategy & Growth

* Own and define full-funnel media strategy (awareness → retention)

* Align media planning with brand, product, and revenue goals

* Scale digital media across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging channels

* Balance performance marketing with brand building

The Successful Applicant



* 5+ years in marketing / category / media leadership roles

* Strong foundation in brand building, product marketing, and performance marketing

* Proven experience in launching and scaling products/categories

* Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership

* Experience scaling media budgets and driving revenue growth

* Ability to balance strategy with execution in fast-paced environments

* Experience working in startups or high-growth consumer brands preferred
