We are seeking an experienced VP - Impact to lead the organization's ESG and Impact function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and embedding ESG frameworks, driving impact management practices, overseeing sustainability initiatives, and partnering with business leaders to integrate responsible finance principles across the institution.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's ESG and Impact strategy.
  • Design and implement ESG policies, frameworks, tools, and governance structures across business lines.
  • Partner with business teams to drive adoption of ESG standards and responsible finance practices.
  • Monitor and manage ESG and Impact performance across business verticals.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and stakeholder communications related to ESG and Impact outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience within Financial Services, Fintechs, Impact Investing, Microfinance, Development Finance, or Responsible Finance.
  • Minimum 7 years of dedicated experience in ESG, Sustainability, Impact Management, or ESG Risk functions.
  • Demonstrated experience building and operationalizing ESG and Impact frameworks within financial institutions.
  • Strong exposure to ESG risk assessments, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and sustainability reporting.
