Job Description

  • Lead the HRBP and Talent Acquisition agenda for Frontline Sales functions across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Oversee large-scale recruitment operations to attract and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Analyse people metrics and workforce data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Champion employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Human Resources preferred.
  • Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting large frontline sales organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
  • Experience in high-growth, consumer, fintech, telecom, BFSI, retail, or technology-led environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
