The group has several overseas subsidiaries and is looking to strengthen finance governance, consolidation, compliance and control across its international operations.Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing finance coordination across approximately 15-20 international subsidiaries. The role will be based at Head Office in Mumbai, and will act as the central point of contact for subsidiary finance teams across different countries and time zones.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate with overseas finance teams and ensure timely financial data submission.Manage group-level consolidation and reporting for international subsidiaries.Ensure compliance with IFRS, transfer pricing, FEMA, RBI regulations and international taxation requirements.Review intercompany transactions and ensure arm's length pricing.Understand local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements across foreign jurisdictions.Implement common financial controls and improve reporting discipline across subsidiaries.Support new international projects by helping build finance processes, structures and governance.Work with multiple SAP environments and support future finance systems alignment.Travel internationally as required to review local finance, compliance and regulatory matters.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate should have:CA preferred; CMA / CPA / ACCA / MBA / CFA Finance candidates may also be considered.
