Job Description

  • Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
  • Manage and optimize financial reporting systems to provide accurate and timely data.
  • Lead financial risk management initiatives and implement effective internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP - Finance should have:

  • 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Based in/Open to relocate to Chennai.
  • Proven experience in the Chemical/B2B Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience is assisting with IPO journey.
