Job Description

  • Lead Insurance F&A operations strategy execution with ownership of delivery excellence, financial performance, and margin growth.
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery across global centres, ensuring quality, compliance, risk governance, and SLA achievement.
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive growth, client retention, expansion opportunities, and strategic relationships.
  • Spearhead AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation programmes across operations.
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team across multiple geographies.
  • Influence executive decision-making through operational insights, governance, and transformation roadmaps.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, especially in insurance.
  • Experience in managing financial operations and teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
