  • Work with business stakeholders to understand product and technology needs.
  • Guide technical decisions that improve system quality and performance.
  • Review delivery plans and remove blockers that affect progress.
  • Build practical engineering processes that support consistent delivery.
  • Track technology priorities and align work with business goals.
  • Share clear updates on engineering progress, risks and delivery plans.

The Successful Applicant
