  • Lead engineering strategy aligned with business goals

  • Architect scalable, cloud-native SaaS systems (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Establish engineering best practices, quality, and delivery excellence
  • Collaborate with product, business, and leadership stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • 12-16 years in software engineering with 5+ years leadership
  • Experience managing 50+ engineering teams in SaaS setups
  • Strong expertise in cloud, microservices, distributed systems
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and platform engineering
  • Proven track record in scaling teams, products, and delivery
