Job Description

  • Develop and execute corporate development strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential investment and partnership opportunities within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate financial models and risk assessments for new ventures.
  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to maximize value creation.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the banking & financial services team to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Develop and present strategic plans to senior leadership for decision-making.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Corp Dev, IR & Strategy should have:

  • A strong educational background in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in corporate development, strategic planning, and business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and third-party logistics industries.
  • Experience working within the banking & financial services sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
