Job Description

  • Define and execute the organisation's AI strategy.
  • Lead development of LLMs, RAG solutions, and AI agents.
  • Build and mentor AI, ML, and Data Science teams.
  • Partner with product and engineering on AI deployment.
  • Represent AI capabilities in customer and leadership discussions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of AI/ML and Data Science experience.
  • 2+ years in mid-senior leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning.
  • Proven consulting or client-facing experience.
  • Experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
