Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition in the US region across IT services offerings
  • Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
  • Discover, articulate and sell value-led solutions aligned to client needs
  • Develop and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including CXO level
  • Identify emerging market trends and develop greenfield opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams
  • Ensure successful project execution through alignment with delivery teams
  • Develop and manage alliance and partnership relationships across the region
  • Lead, mentor and guide sales teams to generate leads and meet targets
  • Negotiate commercials, pricing and contractual terms with clients
  • Track, forecast and report sales performance to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of experience in IT services or technology sales
  • Proven success in solution and services sales within the US market
  • Strong hunting and new business acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large strategic accounts
  • Experience handling accounts with revenues exceeding USD 2 million
  • Strong network and industry relationships within the US market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with offshore and global delivery teams
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
