As a Treasury Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all treasury operations, ensuring efficient liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, investment planning, and risk mitigation related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and banking relationships.

Job Description

  • Manage treasury activities to support smooth financial operations.
  • Monitor cash positions and maintain accurate treasury records.
  • Prepare regular cash flow updates for internal planning.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate banking terms, credit facilities, and interest rates to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Implement strong internal controls over treasury and banking activities.
  • Supervise end-to-end treasury operations including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
  • Manage and monitor foreign exchange exposures and develop hedging strategies.
  • Experience in Treasury compliance (RBI/Bank compliances) and understanding of financing structures like Factoring, Assignment of receivables, Bill Discounting etc.
  • Experience in treasury reporting & Analysis.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate reporting.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • CA or MBA.
  • 10+ years of post qualification experience.
  • Experience handling treasury activities and banking processes.
  • Confidence monitoring cash positions and preparing cash flow updates.
  • Experience working with bank statements and transaction records.
  • Good understanding of finance processes and financial controls.
  • Confidence working with finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and clear supporting documents.
