Job Description

  • Act as the central intelligence and strategic support function for the CEO's Office.
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple business units into concise, fact-based insights.
  • Monitor performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
  • Support executive reviews, strategic meetings, and decision-making forums.
  • Ensure accountability, ownership, and timely closure of key business priorities.
  • Track industry, regulatory, competitive, and macroeconomic developments and assess business implications.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, performance reviews, and decision notes for senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in CEO Office, Strategy, Corporate Planning, Management Consulting, or similar corporate roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, lending, or NBFC businesses is preferred.
  • Proven experience partnering with CXOs, Managing Directors, or Boards.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen with a highly structured and execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
