Job Description

  • Set and manage product priorities for the Technical Product Owner backlog.
  • Turn Technology needs into clear product requirements for delivery teams.
  • Use monitoring data to spot product issues and improve service visibility.
  • Build observability needs into product plans and delivery work.
  • Use New Relic to track product performance and support informed decisions.
  • Apply Elasticity tools and practices to improve product monitoring.
  • Work with Technology teams to plan, review and deliver product changes.
  • Keep product priorities clear so work supports reliable services in the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience as a Technical Product Owner.
  • Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools and practices.
  • Experience building or using observability solutions.
  • Confidence using New Relic for product and service monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Elasticity.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements and priorities.
