The successful candidate will work across customers, product, and engineering teams while helping build scalable post-sales processes and playbooks

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for clients post-sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Provide training and support to clients for effective use of the software.
  • Document implementation processes and client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to address client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Technical Implementation Manager - Post Sales should have:
  • 0-5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, data, startup operations, or related technical roles.
  • Comfortable with APIs, SQL, data systems, and enterprise tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Experience in client-facing delivery environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates ownership, reliability, and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers

  • Previous development experience prefered
