Job Description

Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Director, the role will be responsible for

    • Defining and executing the technical strategy to support business growth, market expansion, and customer success.
    • Serving as the organization's technical authority across poultry nutrition, feed supplements, animal health, and performance solutions.
    • Partnering with commercial teams to deliver strategic customer support, develop tailored solutions, and strengthen key client relationships.
    • Leading technical innovation through scientific research, field trials, product validation, and collaboration with global R&D teams.
    • Driving market intelligence, technical training, and knowledge transfer to position the business as a trusted industry partner.
    • Building and leading a high-performing technical organization, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and effective resource management.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will combine deep scientific expertise with strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.

  • PhD or Master's degree in Veterinary Sciences, Animal Nutrition, Poultry Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience within poultry nutrition, animal health, feed additives, feed supplements, or allied livestock sectors.
  • Proven experience supporting commercial teams through customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of poultry production, feed formulations, nutrition programs, and performance optimization.
  • Experience designing and interpreting scientific trials and research studies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working within multinational or highly matrixed environments would be advantageous.
