Job Description

  • Set clear product priorities for technology initiatives.
  • Work with business teams to understand product needs and expected outcomes.
  • Turn business needs into clear product requirements for delivery teams.
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog to keep work focused.
  • Plan product releases and track progress against agreed priorities.
  • Work with technology teams to resolve product queries during delivery.
  • Review delivered features to check they meet agreed requirements.
  • Share product updates with relevant stakeholders to keep decisions clear.

  • Experience owning technology product priorities and backlogs.
  • Ability to turn business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Confidence working with technology and business teams.
  • Experience planning product releases and tracking delivery progress.
  • Ability to review product features against agreed requirements.
  • Clear communication skills for sharing product updates and decisions.
