Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across voice, non-voice, operations, support and leadership roles.
  • Manage high-volume/bulk hiring to support rapid business growth.
  • Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
  • Build and lead the Talent Acquisition team as the function scales.
  • Develop sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, social media and vendors.
  • Ensure hiring targets, TAT, candidate experience, and quality-of-hire metrics are met.
  • Manage offer negotiations, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee recruitment vendors, budgets and hiring efficiency initiatives.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction programs

The Successful Applicant

    • Strong Talent Acquisition experience, within BPO, BPM, Contact Center or Shared Services environments.
    • Strong expertise in high-volume and bulk hiring, with a proven track record of meeting aggressive ramp-up targets.
    • Experience hiring across voice, non-voice, operations, support functions and leadership roles.
    • Ability to build and scale recruitment teams, processes, and sourcing channels from the ground up.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with business leaders on workforce planning.
    • Data-driven approach, with proficiency in recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, and hiring performance metrics.
