Job Description

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple asset classes and business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and drive strategic hiring plans.
  • Go and network with senior stakeholders from the industry.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent for critical and leadership roles.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines and market maps to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and hiring metrics to improve efficiency, quality and decision-making.
  • Manage external search partners and ensure all hiring activities comply with organizational policies, governance standards and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Comes with proven Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a multi-asset asset management organisation.
  • Demonstrates a strong track record of hiring across diverse asset classes and functions
  • Has experience partnering with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, employer branding and critical leadership hiring initiatives.
  • Possesses strong stakeholder management, talent mapping and recruitment analytics capabilities, with the ability to build scalable talent pipelines in a fast-growth environment.
