Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Compensation & Benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the design and execution of Performance Management frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead Organisational Development initiatives to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Compensation & Benefits and HR policies.
  • Analyse market trends to benchmark compensation structures and performance management processes.
  • Drive change management strategies to support organisational growth and scalability.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent development and succession planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SVP - C & B, Performance Management and OD should have:

  • Proven expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Organisational Development within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to influence and implement HR strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements in HR functions.
  • A background in developing innovative HR frameworks to support business growth.
  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
