Job Description

Your key responsibilities would include -

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to define analytics needs and solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and systems.
  • Support decision-making with clear and concise data presentations.
  • Optimise data processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on analytical tools and industry trends.
  • Provide training and support for analytical tools to internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline.
* Master's degree (e.g., MBA, M.Stat, M.Tech, MSc Analytics) preferred.
* Certifications in analytics, data science, or BI tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, cloud analytics) will be an advantage.
* Over all experience of 15+ years with 10-12 years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or enterprise performance management roles.
* Proven experience in leading analytics teams in BFSI, cards, fintech, or consumer lending industries preferred.
* Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying predictive models, forecasting systems, and enterprise-wide dashboards.
* Experience in setting up value-tracking frameworks, model governance processes, and data-quality controls.
