About Our Client

The client is a leading provider of senior, secured, and structured private credit solutions to market leading, mid-market corporates as well as private equity sponsors for various debt financing requirements

Job Description

  • Conduct credit underwriting and financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities.
  • Perform detailed due diligence, including financial, commercial, and industry assessments.
  • Structure and recommend tailored private credit solutions to meet financing requirements.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to internal investment committees.
  • Monitor portfolio companies, track covenant compliance, and assess ongoing credit performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key investment risks to protect downside and optimize returns.
  • Collaborate with management teams, private equity sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Support deal execution, portfolio management, and ongoing relationship management with borrowers and sponsors.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Currently in a Private Credit set up
  • Sell-side/mid office candidates with relevant financial experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of financial regulations.
  • Confidence working with numbers and financial models.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
