Job Description

  • Own and articulate the overall corporate and business unit strategy
  • Lead market, customer and competitive intelligence initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships and M&A targets
  • Drive strategic planning, portfolio reviews and execution governance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, R&D and operations
  • Translate strategy into measurable KPIs and track outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy Head should have:

  • A strong academic background in business, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in consultancy, strategy, and change management in B2B or Industrial manufacturing
  • Comprehensive understanding of the chemical industry and its dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving strategic objectives.
  • Engineering degree is a must
