Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets in the FMCG segment.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence in the Madhya Pradesh region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market insights to the senior management.
  • Oversee inventory and supply chain management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful State Head - MP should have:

  • A graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field with 4 - 8 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Excellent understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools for effective tracking and analysis.
  • Currently based or ready to relocate to Bhopal.
