Our client is a Bengaluru-based, Series A funded AI startup building next-generation workflow platforms for global enterprises. With strong growth, global customers, and a team from leading tech companies, they are solving how AI can be scaled into real-world production systems.

Job Description

  • Own and deliver features across the full stack (frontend + backend)
  • Build responsive, user-facing applications using React / Next.js
  • Design and develop backend services and APIs powering AI workflows
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to shape feature direction
  • Improve product performance, scalability, and user engagement
  • Solve challenges like:
    • Reducing latency in AI-driven features
    • Enhancing UX for complex workflows
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Contribute to system design and architecture decisions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Staff Engineer- Full Stack should have:

  • Strong full stack engineer with React/ Typescript + backend (Node/Java/Python) experience
  • Proven track record of building scalable, production-grade applications
  • Product mindset with focus on user impact, performance, and metrics
  • Takes end-to-end ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: experience in startups, AI/ML integrations, or cloud (AWS/GCP)
