Our client is a Bengaluru-based, Series A funded AI startup developing enterprise-grade workflow platforms powered by LLMs and automation. They are rapidly scaling with strong global adoption and a team comprising talent from leading tech companies.

Job Description

  • Build and ship AI-powered features end-to-end (idea → production)
  • Develop frontend applications using React / Next.js for AI workflows
  • Buildbackend services to:
    • Integrate with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models)
    • Orchestrate workflows and data pipelines
    • Support real-time decision-making
  • Design intuitive experiences for complex AI outputs
  • Improve latency, reliability, and observability of AI systems
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Staff Engineer - Full Stack and AI should have:

  • A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies
