Job Description

  • Lead architecture, design, development, maintenance & deployment of software products using Agile & Lean methodologies
  • Contribute with 100% hands-on technical ownership, including coding, design reviews, and detailed technical documentation
  • Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, component, and system validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SQA, Marketing, Service, Support, PMO) to align on product requirements and delivery milestones
  • Use industry-standard tools to exchange specifications, maintain compliance, and deliver product-ready software
  • Champion adoption of new technologies, tools, and methods that enhance scalability, quality, and team efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Staff Engineer, Software Engineering should have:

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years as a technical architect designing software applications & system architectures in regulated environments
  • 3+ years experience with AWS cloud development & deployment
  • Proficiency in:



Java, Spring MVC, Angular 2.0, Python, REST APIs

Full‑stack web development across UI, business logic, and backend layers

Experience working across all major application layers-UI, services, databases, and cloud infrastructure
