Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and outbound sales efforts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, pipeline, and quality of accounts
  • Lead and manage a team of outbound sales professionals, ensuring productivity and performance
  • Establish and track activity benchmarks including calls, emails, meetings, and conversions
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect database with strong CXO and HR leadership connections
  • Design and execute structured outbound prospecting strategies across target industries
  • Monitor and optimise pipeline performance, ensuring 3-5x coverage against targets
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of sales funnel metrics and reporting
  • Develop dashboards, weekly reports, and monthly performance summaries
  • Improve funnel conversion rates through data-driven insights and interventions
  • Coach team members on outreach quality, qualification, and deal progression
  • Engage in high-value deals and support closure of critical opportunities
  • Ensure acquisition of high-fit clients aligned with the organisation's positioning
  • Maintain strong sales discipline, CRM hygiene, and reporting standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales environments
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading outbound sales teams
  • Strong exposure to high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Experience in consultative or SaaS-based sales models preferred
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines, CRM systems, and sales metrics dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of customer focus and commercial acumen
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented approach
