Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement and sourcing function across residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and ensure favourable commercial terms.
  • Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement efficiency initiatives across categories.
  • Oversee procurement operations including sourcing, purchasing, inventory coordination, and vendor payments.
  • Implement procurement governance, policies, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs, spend analytics, supplier performance, and category strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and organizational procurement standards.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are desirable.
  • Brings 15-18+ years of procurement experience within residential and commercial real estate or construction sectors.
  • Proven experience managing annual procurement spends exceeding ₹1,000 Cr.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor development, and category management.
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
