Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and CRM channels.
  • Create compelling storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and customer trust.
  • Build and manage content strategies including blogs, social media, video concepts, and campaign narratives.
  • Drive customer acquisition through creative and performance-led marketing initiatives.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Own marketing planning, prioritization, and execution from concept to launch.
  • Develop engagement and retention initiatives to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Location: Mumbai (South Bombay), 5 days WFO + alternate Saturdays (WFO), 2 Saturdays off in a month.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles within consumer-facing businesses.
  • Proven experience building brands and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise across social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and cultural trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, CRM, or marketing automation is an added advantage.
