Job Description

  • Developing and executing procurement strategies for Civil and MEP packages across new projects and existing assets.
  • Leading tender and package development, including scope definition, market bench-marking and commercial evaluation.
  • Driving contractor/subcontractor sourcing, negotiations and appointments in line with project requirements and budgets.
  • Owning contract administration, including commercial terms, variations, claims and dispute resolution.
  • Managing procurement delivery against Capex and Opex budgets, project timelines and commercial objectives.
  • Leading and developing a small procurement team, working closely with engineering, projects, finance and legal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Should have a Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related educational background
  • Approximately 7-12+ years of experience in construction procurement/contracts, preferably from an owner, developer or REIT environment
  • Strong hands-on experience across both Civil and MEP procurement is mandatory
  • End-to-end exposure from tender drafting and package development through market-rate assessment, contractor selection, negotiations, contract management, claims, variations and closure
