Job Description

  • Conduct internal audits of financial operations and processes for Europe & India.
  • Exposure in Financial, Compliance, Operational & Data Analytics based Audit
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  • Review and improve internal control systems.
  • Prepare clear and detailed audit reports.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement audit recommendations.
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support management in decision-making with findings and insights.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified CA with 5+ years of experience.
  • Prior Big 4 Experience
  • Experience in internal audits or financial processes.
  • Confidence in analysing data and preparing reports.
  • Good understanding of internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
