The Strategic Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies while managing supplier and manufacturing partner networks. Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing and outsourcing strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard manufacturing partners and component suppliers globally.
  • Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes to evaluate supplier capabilities and commercial competitiveness.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and contractual agreements.
  • Manage supplier contracts including MSAs, SLAs, and NDAs.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier optimisation and value engineering.
  • Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, and responsiveness metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain challenges and maintain compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or contract manufacturing management.
  • Preferred experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction programmes.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel, and spend analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement qualifications.
  • Strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, risk assessment, stakeholder management, quality compliance, and commercial negotiations.
