Job Description

*A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis and technical architecture roles, leveraging M365 technologies in complex business environments.

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to research, understand and apply relevant new features, design patterns and techniques as required.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Strong hands-on technical skills in SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, Co-pilot and Power Appps.

*Competence in using Microsoft Project to develop and maintain project plans.

*Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:*Drive and own delivery of assigned IT projects. Maintain and report on project plans.

*Research, evaluate, master and apply relevant technologies to address business opportunities, as directed.

*Subject matter expert in M365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and PowerBI.

*Validate requirements to ensure proposed solutions do indeed deliver the expected benefits. Consult with key stakeholders and contribute solution focused expertise.

*Improve operations, processes, technical procedures and documentation.
