Job Description

  • As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team and create technology products that help people have the best healthcare experience they have ever had. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and people, who wants to create amazing products. The ideal candidate will be someone who has deep technical expertise across a range of technologies, a track record of delivery, along with experience in building high-performance teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers in the development and maintenance of technology products
  • Working with Product Management, develop the long-term strategy for your team and translate it into achievable goals
  • Understanding how all architectural elements of the software ecosystem work together and develop engineering and testing approaches that fit the overall strategy
  • Push for decisions to be made effectively and remove blockers that impede team progress. Drive team goals forward by organising the team's work and setting appropriate milestones.
  • Deliver regular updates within the team and to leadership
