Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end internship and early-career programme lifecycles.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-impact project opportunities.
  • Drive student engagement, candidate selection, onboarding, feedback, and programme closure activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance candidate quality and programme outcomes.
  • Leverage digital platforms, programme analytics, and university partnerships to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Work closely with technology partners to deliver a seamless programme management experience.
  • Support the design and execution of leadership development initiatives for high-potential professionals.
  • Coordinate with learning partners to deliver impactful development journeys and measurable capability outcomes.
  • Build and activate alumni communities to strengthen engagement and talent networks.
  • Support enterprise-wide early-career interventions aligned with broader talent strategies.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners, educational institutions, and programme participants.
  • Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all talent programmes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Master's degree/MBA preferred, ideally with HR specialization.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Exposure to large, matrixed, conglomerate or similarly complex organizations will be advantageous.
  • Experience in early careers, campus recruitment, learning and development, talent programmes, or HR business partnering.
  • Strong programme management and execution capabilities.
  • Strategic HR mindset with a proactive and curious approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across complex organisational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred blend of experience across:Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Leadership Development, Early Careers/Campus Programs.
