Job Description

  • Monitor technology services to identify service issues early.
  • Help maintain reliable systems and minimise service disruption.
  • Investigate incidents and work towards timely resolution.
  • Work with technology teams to improve system stability.
  • Track recurring issues and help reduce repeat incidents.
  • Support service checks and routine operational tasks.
  • Document incidents, actions taken and service updates clearly.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with technology services and operational systems.
  • Understanding of system monitoring and incident handling.
  • Ability to investigate technical issues in a structured way.
  • Confidence working with Technology teams to resolve service concerns.
  • Clear written documentation skills for incidents and updates.
  • Ability to manage priorities during service issues.
